arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

PURCHASES

Lush Bumps accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard in AED for its products. 

OFAC AND SANCTIONED COUNTRIES

Lush Bumps will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders.

Customers using the website who are minors shall not register as a user of the website, and shall not transact on or use the website. By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing us with accurate and truthful information.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and the merchant’s policies and rules.

DUTIES AND TAXES

As per new Government Law of United Arab Emirates, Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable at the rate of 5% as of 1st January 2018. From that date, VAT will apply to the majority of transactions of goods and services supplied in the UAE by any person/business required to be registered for VAT.

SHIPPING

Courier deliveries within the UAE are free of charge.

We deliver across the UAE in 3-4 business days. We will always try to have your order with you as soon as possible. If your order is urgent we advise you to contact us first. We cannot accept responsibility for missed or late deliveries.

Please make sure to use a valid UAE shipping address. We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

REFUND POLICY

All Lush Bump are checked before they are shipped out. There may be very slight variances among pieces, such as size and color due to screen colors. If your are unhappy with your purchase, please do contact us by email within 4 working days and would would be happy to refund of exchange the product for you, minus shipping cost. Please note that the item shouldn't be worn and tags needs to be intact, item not damaged and in original packaging in order to return or exchange the item

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or faulty, or we have sent you the wrong product, we will gladly exchange or replace the item. Please notify us via email and return the faulty or damaged item(s) to us within 4 days after receiving your order. 

If instead you wish to receive a refund, please notify us within 4 days after receiving your order. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
